What if my town or village isn't listed?
Just call or message us. We travel widely across Suffolk and into bordering parts of Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, and most of the time we can still help, even if your village isn't on the main list.
Is there a charge for travel to my area?
No, there's no charge for travel within our standard coverage area. For locations on the edge of our reach, we'll let you know upfront if any small fee applies before we visit.
How far from Ipswich do you travel?
We travel up to around 30 miles from Ipswich as standard, reaching most of Suffolk and into nearby parts of Norfolk and Essex. For larger or commercial projects we can travel further; just ask.
Can you fit window treatments in holiday lets, Airbnbs or second homes?
Yes. We work with holiday-let and second-home owners regularly. We can coordinate measurement and installation around changeover schedules, and arrange access if you're not local.
